About the Role

STACKONN is hiring a Graphic Designer to level up our brand and marketing visuals. You’ll create clean, modern assets for web, social, ads, and product marketing — and help keep everything consistent and on-brand. Work style: Lahore-based. Hybrid preferred (3 days in-office / 2 days remote), but we can discuss for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design marketing creatives for social posts, ads, banners, and announcements
  • Create web visuals for landing pages (icons, illustrations, UI graphics)
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints (color, typography, layouts)
  • Collaborate with marketing/product to understand goals and propose strong visual concepts
  • Produce export-ready assets for web and print (correct sizes, formats, compression)
  • Handle multiple requests with clear priorities and deadlines
  • Build lightweight templates to speed up recurring design work
  • Make quick iterations based on feedback without quality dropping
  • Organize files properly for handoff (naming, versions, source files)

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
  • Strong portfolio: branding, marketing creatives, and modern layouts
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) and/or Figma
  • Good eye for typography, spacing, color, and composition
  • Ability to take feedback and iterate fast without getting defensive
  • Basic understanding of web design constraints (responsive, safe areas, export sizes)
  • Strong organization and file handoff discipline
  • Based in Lahore (or able to work from Lahore)

Nice to Have

  • Motion basics (After Effects) or short-form video editing
  • Illustration/icon design experience
  • UI design familiarity (components, grids, spacing systems)
  • Experience designing for SaaS products or tech brands
